We're Shopping Women Led this Holiday Season

Hello Marea community, Monica here, Marea's CEO & Founder. As a female and a founder I know just how much it means to support small female founded brands. Women make up over 50% of the population and yet only 25% have executive level jobs, 20% have board seats and only 6% are CEO's. By supporting female founders and turning the spotlight on them, you're empowering other women to become leaders.
