That Time of the Month Tea

It's exciting to see new, thoughtfully made creations added to the Marea brand! This blend of herbs is soothing and comforting. I appreciate that it's loose leaf and caffeine free! I enjoyed a hot cup of TTOM tea nightly on the week of my period and I noticed less bloating and more restful sleep. I'll continue sipping on this tea during my menstrual phase to reap all the benefits!

Warm & tasty

Love the taste - I'm not usually a tea person but I really enjoyed this. I get a lot of GI distress during my period and this felt like it settled my stomach a lot. Love the packaging as well - every time I look at the bag it brightens my day!

So cozy ^_^

This tea tastes great! It's got a lovely mild flavor and is best without sweetener IMHO. I've been drinking a cup every morning for 2 weeks and haven't really noticed any big changes with pelvic pain or migraines, but it does help keep me hydrated and is a lovely ritual to start my day with and remind me to take care of myself. I am looking forward to drinking this during my period to see if it helps with cramps or makes my headaches/migraines less severe.

One note, it is looseleaf tea (aka not in bags), so you'll need a tea strainer! I have a single-serve French press that works great. A little less convenient but definitely better for the environment.

Really tasty!

The ginger and peppermint makes this taste so good- definitely steep for longer than 5 minutes so it’s stronger! Would definitely pay a little more for the tea to be bagged, but I understand it would probably cost more to get biodegradable material!
I do wish that the lady’s mantle wasn’t in it, as it’s an herb that can directly impact hormones, but it’s definitely yummy tea. No impact on my symptoms unfortunately :/

A delightful drink with added benefits

I have been using the Marea daily supplement for over 6 months now and love it! I was pumped to hear about the addition of the Time of the Month tea, as I love drinking warm beverages but don’t like the caffeine. This tea has a very mild taste, and the perfect warm morning or evening drink. Just note this is a loose leaf tea and it is nice to have an infuser! I had it 3 different days the week before my period and had none of my usual cramping! The cramping has been much diminished with the use of the Marea daily supplement but I was shocked to have none this cycle! I’m hopeful this will continue each month! Thank you for taking the time to research how women can best cope with periods! I have two young daughters and I’m so glad they will have these options available to them from the beginning!!
