As we move through our cycle, our physical and emotional bodies go through different phases. During the luteal phase, we may crave more of a slower, gentle, and meditative practice. Join Mariel for a yoga and meditation experience that will refresh and renew your body from the inside, out. Explore your body and your breath through gentle movement, breath awareness, and mindful meditation. We will warm up the body with an accessible vinyasa flow sequence and transition into relaxing restorative poses. Practice will close with a guided meditation and distance reiki during savasana. Set to a meditative and relaxing playlist, this practice is open to all levels and accessible to all.
